Where is my progress saved?

Your career is saved only on your own device. If you delete the app, it is deleted too. Your online boxer is saved on the game server: with Game Center it comes back on any iPhone with your Apple account; as a guest it belongs to this phone.

How does online work?

Open the Online tab and tap Play online. Your online boxer starts at level 1: train Strength, Power, Speed, Stamina, Defense, Chin and Heart with coins and time, unlock special moves and climb from Bronze to Legend. Find match looks for a live opponent at your level; when nobody at your level is free, you may be matched with a computer-controlled boxer instead, so you never have to wait long. A new season starts on the first day of every month.

Someone has an offensive name

Tap Report name after the fight or on the leaderboard. Names reported by several players are reset. You can also block a player, so you are never matched again.

How do I delete my online boxer?

Online → ⚙ → Delete my online profile, then type RESET to confirm. This removes it from the server for good; your career is not affected.

Can I move my progress to a new phone?

Not yet. Restoring a full backup of your old iPhone onto the new one usually brings the game data along.

How do I start over?

Tap your picture at the top right, scroll to Settings, choose Reset progress and type RESET to confirm.

How do I send feedback or an idea?

Tap your picture at the top right and choose Send feedback under Settings (online: in your online settings). Give a score if you like and tell us what to change or add. It needs an internet connection. After about an hour of play the game may also ask you itself, at most once every two days; tap the ✕ to close it.

What are Fight Cases?

In the online mode, a case holds clothes, gloves, celebrations, nicknames or a small boost. You open one with a key. Keys cannot be bought — you earn them: every 7th day in a row (daily reward), all three daily quests, every 5th tier of the Belt Pass, every achievement, every cup you win, and a free one when you come back after a week away. The odds of every prize are shown in the game (Rewards → What is inside) before you open a case.

I bought coins but did not get them

Coins go to your online boxer as soon as the game can reach the server. Without a connection the purchase waits safely on your iPhone and is paid the next time you are online. Still missing after that? Email me with the date and the Apple receipt. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can I turn off the reminder?

Yes: Reminders in the game's settings (or in your online settings), or iOS Settings → Notifications → Bag to Belt. It only ever comes after a week without playing.

Why do I see ads?

Ads keep the game free. New players see no banners or ads between fights until the first boss is beaten. Ads that give you a bonus are always optional.

How does Remove Ads work?

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase (in the game's Settings, the Shop or your online profile). It takes away banners and ads between fights, and every bonus that normally needs a video becomes one tap, in your career and online. Bought it before, or on a new iPhone? Tap Restore purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

In the EU, UK and Switzerland: Settings → Privacy choices in the game. On iPhone: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. See the privacy policy for details.

The game is slow on my phone

Turn off 3D graphics in the game's settings. The game then uses lighter 2D fights and portraits.
